Well you were told that we were going to have fun in the sun ! so if you did'nt come it's your own fault. We had a brilliant time, we had beautiful weather for the week and most of us spent the days around the pool or on the beach, there were market trips laid on because there were'nt a lot of shops where we were which was great for the boys, we saved a fortune ! after our evening meal it was on with the entertainment with our hosts West Virginia, great stuff ! there was Cliff Stevens keeping the dancers happy with their favourite dance records and a spot from "my bruver" Ed Pearson". The entertainment continued through the week with the Virgins, myself, Gone West, Pedro, Ed and John West, with surprise guest Kris Kelly doing a couple of nights.There was an added bonus of a visit from "The Leeds & Bradford Barbershop Ensemble" after giving us four songs they were quite rightly given a standing ovation from our party, we also had a few songs from the barbershop women, all Brits but they now live in Spain. Once again it was Keiths birthday so it was anything goes ! I was elected compere for the evening and a monster was created "The Chairman" took over and organized chaos ensued. We had a wonderful group of guests and I can't remember hearing one complaint, in the relaxed atmosphere everyone enjoyed themselves and went to bed with a smile on their face, while a small group of us (mostly the artists) retired to the lounge bar to unwind with a small tipple ! please don't miss out on next years trip, if you do you'll be sorry ! for details contact "Cloud 9 Entertainments"
